北京市顺义区2008年公共卫生从业人员健康体检结果分析

目的掌握北京市顺义区公共卫生从业人员健康状况,从而为预防与控制传染病的发生提供依据。方法采用北京市公共卫生信息管理系统对顺义区2008年公共卫生从业人员健康体检资料进行统计分析。结果公共卫生从业人员健康体检65 316人,合格率为98.25%。不合格主要原因是血样HBsAg阳性(825人,1.26%)。本埠健康体检24 507人,合格率为98.91%,血样HBsAg阳性人数131,阳性率为0.53%。外埠健康体检40 809人,体检合格率为97.86%,血样HBsAg阳性人数694,阳性率为1.70%。本地与外埠从业人员HBsAg阳性检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对公共卫生从业人员应坚持健康体检,加强对外埠从业人员的管理,需要对外埠人口健康人群开展乙肝疫苗接种工作。
