可摘义齿基托材料与义齿性口炎的关系

目的 :调查可摘义齿基托材料与义齿性口炎的关系。方法 :5 4 6件可摘义齿作为调查对象 ,采用贞森绅拯的义齿性口炎分级方法调查塑胶、隐形、铸钢基托义齿性口炎的发病率。统计不同戴用时间内义齿性口炎的发病情况。结果 :塑胶基托、隐形基托引发义齿性口炎的可能性远高于铸钢基托 (P <0 .0 5 )。无论何种基托的义齿戴用 1年内义齿性口炎的发病率均较低 ,随着使用时间的增加 ,义齿性口炎的发病率逐渐升高 ,使用 2年后 ,隐形基托义齿与塑胶基托义齿相比发病率无显著性差异 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,到第 5年时塑胶、隐形、铸钢基托的总发病率分别为 6 4 .2 6 %、5 3.4 0 %、2 7.78%。结论 :基托材料与义齿性口炎的发病率有密切关系 ,塑胶基托最易引起义齿性口炎。铸钢基托的可摘义齿应是活动义齿修复中的首选形式

The Relationship between Denture Stomatitis and Removable Denture Base Material

Objective: To investigate the relationship between denture stomatitis and removable denture base material. Methods: 546 patients wearing removable denture were in volved in the survey. Denture base materials were recorded; oral mucosal conditions were examined; the incidence of stomatitis were statistically analyzed. Results: Patients who wear cast metal base had the lowest incidence of stomatitis. The possibility of stomatitis caused by plastic base was higher. Conclusion: Denture stomatitis has close relationship with denture base material. Plastic base caused higher incidence of stomatitis than cast metal base.
