| 摘 要： | 目的探讨冠心病患者左室肥大,心力衰竭后室性心律失常的特点。方法总结2005年9月～2007年8月120例住院诊断冠心病患者临床资料,以临床症状、体征、心脏彩超作为评价心力衰竭、左室肥大的指标,使用24h心电图（Holter）、心电图发现室性心律失常,将患者分为正常组和异常组。结果冠心病左室肥大、心力衰竭者与室性心动过速、心室纤颤呈明显的正相关（P〈0.05）。结论冠心病左室肥大、心力衰竭可能是恶性心律失常的评价参数之一。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the character of ventricular arrhythemia of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease and its relation to left ventricular enlargement or heart failure.
