摘 要: | 磁共振引导高强度聚焦超声(MRgHIFU)利用MRI准确解剖定位引导及实时温度监测功能和高强度聚焦超声波,从体外将超声能量聚集于治疗靶区使其温度瞬间升高,选择性灭活体内某特定区域病灶,而对病灶周围及声通道上的组织结构无损害或损害很少。本文对MRgHIFU治疗子宫肌瘤的作用机制、温度监控技术、临床治疗适应证和禁忌证、治疗疗效和并发症及其优势和不足进行综述。

Abstract: | Magnetic resonance guided high intensity focused ultrasound (MRgHIFU) employs MRI’s function such as accurate anatomical guidance and real-time temperature mapping for monitoring HIFU to accumulate ultrasound energy at the focal region, which would result in the temperature elevate in the targeted tissues for ablation without injures of the structures around the focus and at acoustic path. In this paper, the mechanism of MRgHIFU treatment of uterine fibroids, temperature mapping technology, clinical indications and contraindications, therapeutic efficacy and complications, and the advantages and disadvantages were reviewed. |
