全瓷贴面在前牙美学区的应用前景及潜在风险

The application prospect and potential risks of the porcelain laminate veneer in the aesthetic area of ;anterior teeth

With the improvement of the living standard, the aesthetic standards and the science and technology level improve, the restoration goals for anterior teeth not only focus on the function, but also on the color and appearance similar to the natural teeth. Clinically, dentists usually use the veneers or full crowns to restore the discoloration, defect, skewed of the anterior teeth. Because the porcelain laminate veneer has good biocompatibility and aesthetics, needing less tooth preparation quantity, more and more people are exploring its application direction. This paper made a review about the restoration characteristics, the clinical application and the possible potential risks of the porcelain laminate veneer, in order to guide the clinical application.
