| 摘 要： | 目的：研究成人和青少年患者在固定正畸矫治过程中口腔护理的不同。方法：选取青少年患者、18～25岁成年患者各30名，记录患者口内上下殆两侧第一前磨牙的牙周情况。进行两样本等级资料的比较。结果：在近颊部位青少年的龈炎发病率为86．70%，成人的龈炎发病率为76．7％；在颊侧青少年的龈炎发病率为76．7％，成人的龈炎发病率为70．0％；在远颊部位青少年的龈炎发病率为90．0％，成人的龈炎发病率为80．0％。结论：在青少年和成人之间牙龈炎的发病情况有明显差异，青少年患者的牙龈炎比成人患者严重。 |

| Abstract: | AIM:To study the difference of the oral sanitation status in orthodontic treatment in adults and adolescents.METHODS:30 adolescent patients and 30 adults patients were selected and periodontal status of the first premolars were registed with two-independent-samples test.RESULTS:The incidence of gingivitis in mesial bucca was 86.7% in adolescents and 76.7% in adults,the incidence of gingivitis in bucca was 76.7% in adolescents and 70.0% in adults,the incidence of gingivitis in distal bucca was 90.0% in adolescents and 80.0% in adults.CONCLUSION:There are significant differentce in the incidence of gingivitis in adults and adolescents,the incidence of gingivitis in adolescents in higher than that in adults significantly. |
