潜江市血吸虫病疫情回升原因分析及防制措施探讨

摘    要:目的分析1989年以来的血吸虫病疫情变化和回升原因,探讨有效的防制措施。方法采取查阅历史资料及现场调查的方法,对防治疫情资料进行全面收集整理分析。结果1989年以来血吸虫病疫情变化很大。1999年与1989年比,钉螺面积减少1949.41万m~2。.下降66.78%;疫情下降74.81%;流行村减少20个,下降率为6.94%。2000年以来疫情回升严重,2002年与2000年比,钉螺面积回升1343.42万m。.回升率为149%;疫情回升11251人,回升率为163.94%;流行村增加11个.回升率为4.15%。结论结果提示血吸虫病防治工作的艰巨性、复杂性、长期性,必须加大防治工作的力度,一定要狠抓,一抓到底。

Abstract:Objective On the ground of the analysis of the change, relapse and control measures of schistosomiasis endemic since 1989, to find out more effective counter measures.Methods Historical data and field investigation were applied to analyse the endemic situation since 1989.Results Great change has occurred since 1989:as compared with 1989, a decrease of 1 949 410 000 m 2 in snail area,(66.78%), a decrease of 74.81% in prevalence,take village as a unit, 20 villages decreased(6.98%) in 1999.While in 2000, the realpse was serious, an increase of 1 343 420 000 m 2 in snail area (149%), an increase in prevalence,11 251(163 94%), 11 villages relapsed(4.15%). Conclusion It shows the difficuty,complexity and time-consuming of schistosomiasis control,and great and sustainable efforts and measures should be taken.
