| 丹参滴注液制备过程中酚酸类成分的变化研究 | |

| 摘 要： | 目的?研究丹参滴注液在制备工艺过程中原儿茶醛和丹酚酸B等水溶性成分的变化规律，为丹参滴注液质量标准的制定提供依据。方法?采用RPHPLC乙腈0.5%冰醋酸系统梯度洗脱程序，考察在加热、醇、酸碱等条件下水溶性成分的变化规律。结果?丹酚酸B减少，丹参素钠和原儿茶醛增加。结论?在高温和酸碱条件下，丹酚酸B被降解为丹参素钠和原儿茶醛。 |
