通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效

目的 :观察通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死的疗效、安全性及对血浆D 二聚体含量的影响。方法 :79例急性脑梗死患者随机分为两组 ,治疗组 4 2例 ,通心络胶囊 3粒 ,po ,tid ;对照组 37例 ,给予维脑路通氯化钠注射液(含维脑路通 4 0 0mg) 2 5 0mL ,ivdqd。两组均予常规对症治疗 ,15d为 1疗程。分别于治疗前、后测血浆D 二聚体含量和做神经功能缺损评分。结果 :临床疗效比较 ,治疗组总有效率 5 4 .76 % ,明显高于对照组 2 1.6 2 % (P <0 .0 1) ;D 二聚体含量两组治疗后比治疗前均明显减少 ,治疗后通心络组较对照组减少 ,差异显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :通心络胶囊治疗急性脑梗死安全、疗效好 ,可降低血浆D 二聚体水平。

Clinical Effects of Tongxinluo Capsule on Acute Cerebral Infarction

Objective: To observe the plasma D-dimer changes and therapeutic effects of Tongxinluo capsule on acute cerebral infarction. Methods: 79 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the therapeutic group(42 cases treated with Tongxinluo capsule 3 cap.,po,tid, and routine therapy ) and the control group (37 cases treated with Venoruton 400mg ivd qd, and routine therapy ), and the course of the treatment was 15 days. The neurological performance was scored, and plasma D-dimer changes were observed before and after the treatment. Result: The total efficacious rate( 85.71% ) of the treatment group was apparently higher than that ( 21.62% )of the control group ( P < 0.05 ) The levels of both groups' D-dimer after the treatment were lower those before the treatment( P < 0.01 ). The differences of D-dimer changes after treatment were observed between the therapeutic group and the control group ( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion: Tongxinluo capsule can decrease the plasma D-dimer level, and is safe and efficient in treating the acute cerebral infarction.
