森林脑炎所致精神障碍13例临床观察

目的探讨森林脑炎所致精神障碍的临床表现。方法对13例森林脑炎所致精神障碍患者进行精神症状分类,使用(非)经典抗精神病药物治疗,分别在治疗前及治疗后的1、2、4、6周末使用简明精神疾病量表(BPRS)及药物副反应量表(TESS)(治疗后评定)进行疗效及副反应评定。结果森林脑炎所致精神障碍以感知觉障碍、思维障碍、睡眠障碍为主。利培酮、奥氮平以体重增加、泌乳或闭经、头晕头痛为主;氟哌啶醇以嗜睡、静坐不能为主。在治疗的1、2、4、6周末,BPRS减分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论森林脑炎所致精神障碍表现形式各不相同,与功能性精神障碍有区别,临床医师应加以重视。

Clinical observation of 13 cases with mental disorders cause by forest encephalitis
