思维导图在老年脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用效果

目的：探讨思维导图在老年脑卒中患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法随机选取老年脑卒中患者70例，按就诊时间分为对照组36例和实验组34例。在接受健康教育前进行一般资料填写与健康知识掌握度测评。实验组用思维导图进行健康教育，对照组采用口头宣教的方式。健康教育后及2个月后，分别对两组研究对象进行健康知识及健康教育满意度测评。结果两组研究对象健康知识比较，健康教育前差异无统计学意义( P>0.05)；健康教育后及2个月后，实验组得分均高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)；两组研究对象对健康教育满意度得分比较，实验组得分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论利用思维导图对老年脑卒中患者行健康教育其效果优于口头宣教。

Application effects of mind map on the health education for senile stroke patients

Objective To explore the application effects of mind map on the health education for senile stroke patients. Methods A total of 70 senile stroke patients were selected conveniently and divided into experimental group ( n=34 ) and control group ( n=36 ) according to their visiting order. All the patients filled in stroke knowledge survey questionnaire before health education. The patients of the control group were given oral education, and the patients of the experimental group were given the education in the form of mind map. After the health education was finished and anoth-er two months later, health knowledge and satisfaction for health education for the two groups was evaluated a-gain. Results The mastery of health knowledge before health education of the two groups were compared and the differ-ences were of no statistical significance ( P>0. 05 ); after the health education was finished and another two months after health education, the scores of the experimental group were higher than that of the control group and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ); the scores of the satisfaction degree of the experimental group was higher than control group and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusions The effects of health education in the form of mind map for stroke patients is better than the oral health education.
