早期康复训练在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者护理中的应用

目的：研究早期康复训练在急性脑梗死偏瘫患者护理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年1月1日至2014年12月31日我院收治的急性脑梗死偏瘫患者100例，采用对比研究的方式分为实验组和对照组，对照组采用神经内科常规护理方式，实验组采用在神经内科常规护理的基础上给予运动干预的方式，比较两组护理效果。结果早期康复训练方式对急性脑梗死患者肌力的提高有着促进作用，实验组肌力提高明显优于对照组。实验组满意率96.0%明显高于对照组44.0%，差异具有统计学意义( P<0.05)。比较两组治疗前后神经功能评分情况，两组患者在治疗前FMA和MBI评分结果无统计学差异( P>0.05)。病程3个月后比治疗前有改善，实验组得到明显改善。结论采用早期康复治疗的方式对改善患者肌力，改善护患关系，促进护患关系良好发展，改善患者神经功能有着重要作用，值得临床推广使用。

Application of early rehabilitation training on the treatment of acute cerebral infarc-tion patients with hemiplegia

Objective To study the effect of early rehabilitation training on the treatment of acute cerebral in-farction patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 100 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients with hemiplegia treated in our hospital from January 1 , 2013 to December 31 , 2014 were selected and were randomly divided into an experimental group and a control group. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the experimental group was treated with exercise intervention on the basis of routine nursing of the department of internal medicine. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The early rehabilitation training method showed a positive effect on the improvement of muscle strength among patients with acute cerebral infarction, and the muscle strength of the experimental group was better than that of the control group. The satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 96. 0%, which was significantly higher than that of the control groupˊs 44%, and the difference was statistically signifi-cant (P<0. 05) . The neurological function score was compared between the two groups before and after treatment, and there was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment in terms of FMA and MBI ( P>0. 05 ) . After 3 monthsˊcourse of disease, it was improved, and the experimental group was significantly improved. Conclusions Early rehabilitation treatment plays a promoting role in improving the patientsˊmuscle strength, improving the nurse-pa-tient relationship, and improving the nerve function of patients, it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
