摘 要: | ![]() 目的:探讨无瘤技术在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用。方法选择2014年6月至2015年12月在富平县妇幼保健院确诊并实施乳腺癌改良根治术患者共31例,患者围手术期采用无瘤技术护理,评价术后无切口种植、反复转移及医师满意度和护士自评满意度等。结果31例患者术后不同时间段访视均无切口种植,术后1年访视有1例复发,复发率为3.23%。术后1年半、术后2年访视均有2例复发,复发率为6.45%。术后2年访视均有1例转移,转移为3.23%。经问卷调查结果分析,不同年份手术医师满意度和护士自评满意度均较高,且随着年份逐渐升高,2016二季度最高,分别为89%和92%。结论医护共同协作,无瘤技术应用于乳癌改良根治术,可有效减少术后肿瘤局部复发和远处转移。

Abstract: | ![]() Objective To explore the application of disease-free technology in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer .Methods From June 2014 to December 2015 a total of 31 confirmed patients undergoing modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer in Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Fuping County were selected .Disease-free technology nursing was provided in perioperative period , and postoperative no incision planting , repeated transfer , physician satisfaction and nurse self-reported satisfaction were evaluated .Results Among 31 cases no incision after operation occurred at different time , and recurrence was found in 1 case with recurrence rate of 3.23%. There were 2 cases of postoperative recurrence in supervision both at 1.5 and 2 years after surgery, and the recurrence rate was 6.45%. Supervision after 2 years revealed 1 case of transfer, with transfer rate of 3.23%.Questionnaire results showed that physician satisfaction and nurse self-reported satisfaction were high in different years , and they increased gradually year after year .They reached peak in the second quarter of 2016, and they were 89% and 92%, respectively.Conclusion Cooperation of medical and nurse work , disease-free technology applied in modified radical mastectomy for breast cancer can effectively reduce postoperative local recurrence and distant metastasis . |
