优质护理内涵多视角立体护理模式在胸外科危重患者中的应用效果

目的：探讨优质护理内涵多视角立体护理模式在胸外科危重患者中的应用效果。方法我院2015年8月开始实施基于优质护理内涵的危重患者多视角立体护理模式，选择实施前(2015年3~7月)和实施后(2015年8~12月)我院胸外科危重患者各54例为研究对象，实施前后分别设为对照组和试验组，对两组危重患者干预后的各观察指标进行比较。结果试验组胸外科危重患者干预后的基础护理满意度评分、护理安全度评分、整体舒适度评分、社会支持水平评分均显著高于对照组，而SCL-90评分则显著低于对照组，差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论对胸外科危重患者施以基于优质护理内涵的多视角立体护理干预，能够充分满足该类患者的基本生活需要，提高其护理安全感、舒适感和社会支持水平，改善其不良心理状态，实现优质护理目标。

The application effect of multi-view three-dimensional care model based on the con-tent of high quality nursing applied on patients of thoracic surgery

Objective To observe the application effect of multi-view three-dimensional care model based on the content of high quality nursing applied on patients of thoracic surgery. Methods The multi-view three-dimensional care model based on the content of high quality nursing has been implemented in our hospital from August 2015 . A total of 54 cases of critically ill patients from thoracic surgery in our hospital before the implementation ( from March to July 2015 ) and after the implementation of the mode ( from August to December 2015 ) were selected as the research ob-jects. The patients before the implementation of multi-view three-dimensional care model based on the content of high quality nursing were named as the control group, while the patients after the implementation of the model were named as the experimental group. Each observed indicators for critically ill patients after the intervention of the two groups were compared. Results The score of the satisfaction for the basic care, the score of nursing safety, the score of overall com-fort, and the score of social support of the critically ill patients with thoracic surgery of experimental group after the in-tervention were significantly higher than that of the control group, while the score of SCL-90 was significantly lower than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant ( P<0. 05 ) . Conclusion To implement multi-view three-dimensional care model based on the content of high quality nursing on patients of thoracic surgery can fully meet the basic needs of life of these patients and improve their care of security, comfort and social support, and improve their bad psychological state and achieve high-quality care goals.
