小组自学竞赛考核教学法在《急救护理学》实践教学中的应用研究

目的：探讨小组自学竞赛考核教学法在急救护理学实践教学中的应用效果。方法抽取长春中医药大学2013级护理本科4个班的学生164名，将1、3班设为试验组，将2、4班设为对照组，每组学生82名。对照组采取传统的教学法，试验组采取小组自学竞赛考核教学法。比较两组学生的操作考核成绩及对教学效果的评价。结果试验组学生的操作考核成绩及对教学法的评价高于对照组( P<0.05)。结论小组自学竞赛考核教学法在护理实践教学中的应用不但有利于提高学生学习的主动性、增强学习兴趣，更好地掌握操作技术，同时提高了学生的团队协作精神和沟通等非技术能力。

Team self-study and competition teaching method in the application of the "emer-gency nursing" practice teaching

Objective To explore the application effect of the Team self-study and competition teaching meth-od for the "emergency nursing " practice teaching. Methods A total of 164 students from 4 classes of nursing under-graduated of Grade 2013 in Changchun TCM University were selected as the research objects. Class 1 and Class 3 were chosen as the experimental group, while Class 2 and Class 4 were chosen as the control group, 82 students in each group. The control group adopted traditional teaching method, while the experimental group adopted the Team self-study and competition teaching method . The results of the operation and the evaluation for the teaching effect of the two groups were compared. Results Results of operation and evaluation for the teaching method of the test group were high-er than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0. 05) . Conclusions Team self-study and competition teaching method applied in the nursing practice and teaching can not only improve studentsˊlearn-ing initiative and enhance interest in learning and better grasp technical operations, but also improve the studentsˊteam spirit and collaboration and their communication technology.
