高龄直肠癌患者术后切口感染相关因素分析及护理干预效果

目的：分析高龄直肠癌患者术后切口感染相关因素并探讨合理的护理干预措施。方法将2009年1月至2011年12月给予常规护理的320例高龄直肠癌患者列为对照组,统计切口感染率,分析导致切口感染的相关因素,将2012年1月至2013年12月336例高龄结直肠癌患者列为观察组,在常规护理的基础上,根据2009~2012年切口感染因素制定相应的护理措施进行干预,比较两组患者感染发生率。结果①对照组手术时间>3 h、BMI>24.0 kg / m2、Dixon 手术、术前1 d 应用抗生素、未放置膀胱前引流管、连台手术、合并糖尿病的高龄直肠癌患者切口感染率明显高于手术时间≤3 h、BMI≤24.0 kg / m2、Miles 手术、术前3 d 应用抗生素、放置膀胱前引流管、非连台手术、无糖尿病患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),Dukes 分期切口感染率：A 期

Analysis of relative factors and effect of nursing intervention of postoperative inci-sion infections of elderly patients with rectal cancer

Objective To analyze the related factors of postoperative incision infections of elderly patients with rectal cancer, and to explore the reasonable nursing intervention measures. Methods The 320 cases of elderly patients with rectal cancer who received routine care from January 2009 to December 2011 were selected as the control group. All the patients' incision infection rate were alalyzed statistically, and the relevant factors leading to incision infection were analyzed.
