护理专业本科生专业承诺和自主学习能力的相关性研究

摘    要:目的:探讨护理专业本科生专业承诺和自主学习能力的相关性,为护理教育者提高护生专业承诺水平和自主学习能力提供依据。方法采用特定的“护理专业承诺量表”和“护理本科生自主学习能力测评量表”对某医学院校813名在校护理本科生进行调查。结果护理本科生的专业承诺总分为(74.91±14.76)分,自主学习能力总分为(81.86±9.27)分,专业承诺和自主学习能力各因子得分率均未超过70%;专业承诺与自主学习能力呈正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论本科护理专业学生专业承诺和自主学习能力均呈中等水平,护理教育者应采取多种途径改善护生专业承诺水平,以提高护生的自主学习能力。

Study on the correlation between professional commitment and autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates
Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between nursing professional commitment and autonomous learning ability of nursing undergraduates , in order to provide basis for the nursing educators to improve the nursing studentsˊ professional commitment and autonomous learning ability. Methods A total of 813 nursing undergraduates were investigated with the help of targeted"Nursing Professional Commitment Scale" and"Autonomous Learning Ability Scale" . Results The total score of nursing professional commitment was ( 74. 91±14. 76) . The total score of autono-mous learning ability was ( 81. 86±9. 27) . The scoring ratio of professional commitment and autonomous learning abili-ty was lower than 70%. Nursing professional commitment was positively related to the autonomous learning ability ( P<0. 05 , P<0. 01 ) . Conclusions Nursing professional commitment and autonomous learning ability of nursing under-graduates were both at a moderate level. Nursing educators should take various measures to improve nursing professional commitment in order to promote nursing studentsˊautonomous learning ability.
