摘    要:目的:通过传染病专科医院护生对所轮转科室临床带教教师的职业素质、带教意识、教学水平以及科室带教环境的评价,发现不同科室在带教过程中存在的问题,分析可能的因素,提出针对性改进措施,不断提高各临床科室的临床带教质量。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷,以2012年9月至2013年4月在我院进行护理实习的97名护生为调查对象,对9个不同轮转科室的临床带教能力和环境进行评价。结果护生对不同科室的带教教师的职业素质、带教意识、教学水平以及科室带教环境的评价进行比较,其中得到最好评价的科室是内科,其次为外科、重症监护及感染科,得到的评价较差的科室是产房、婴儿室和手术室,差异均有统计学意义( P<0.001)。结论临床科室应根据护生的反馈信息,加强对不同科室临床师资的培养,提高各科带教教师的综合素质,严格规范带教,从而提高临床的带教质量。

Evaluation and analysis on the clinical teaching ability of nurses in different depart-ments of infectious diseases hospital by the nursing students
Abstract:Objective To find out the teaching problems existing in the process of nurse teaching through the nursing students' evaluation to the clinical teaching ability including the professional quality, teaching consciousness and teaching level of the teachers and the teaching environment in different sections of infectious disease hospitals, analyze the related factors, propose improvement measures and eventually improve the clinical teaching quality. Methods A self-designed questionnaire was sent to 97 nursing students who participated in nursing internship in our hospital during the period from September 2012 to April 2013 for the evaluation of the clinical teaching ability and environment in nine departments. Results The professional quality, teaching awareness, teaching level of the teachers and teaching environ-ment among the departments were compared. The departments from internal medicine got the best evaluation and followed by surgery, intensive care and department of infectious diseases. The delivery room, baby room and the operating room got relatively poor evaluation and the difference was statistically significant ( P<0. 000 1 ) . Conclusion The clinical departments should enhance the training of teachers based on the feedback from nursing students, improve the overall quality, strictly regulate the teaching process thereby improve the quality of clinical teaching.
