| 摘 要： | 本实验检测了15例鼻咽癌患者放射治疗前后及正常人的IL-2活性及IL-2R表达能力,结果发现鼻咽癌病人IL-2活性及IL-2R表达均明显地低于正常人。且在放疗后进一步下降。

| Abstract: | The activity of interleukin-2(IL-2)and the expression of interleukin-2 receptors in the lymphocytes of peripheral blood were investigated in 15 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and in normal subjects who served as control.It was found that the IL-2 activity and IL-2R expression were significantly lower in the patients than in the normal control.and they decreased continously when the patients were receiving radiotherapy. |
