| 摘 要： | [目的]观察康莱特注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效。[方法]采用康莱特注射液联合NP化疗方案治疗恶性肿瘤30例,并设立对照组进行对照。[结果]治疗组在卡式评分及体质量、肿瘤变化及中医临床症候方面改善率高于对照组,治疗组骨髓抑制的程度低于对照组P<0.05。[结论]康莱特注射液联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌能够提高化疗的效果,减轻化疗毒副反应,提高患者生存质量。 |
