无排卵性功能失调性子宫出血患者VEGF与MVD的相关性研究

目的 探讨无排卵性功血患者血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及受体与子宫内膜微血管密度(MVD)的相关性.方法 选择2011年1月～2012年1月32例无排卵功血患者为研究组,同时选择30例健康体检者为对照组.检测两组子宫内膜微血管密度、VEGF、碱性成纤维细胞生长因子、TNF-α及相关受体,讨论其相关性.结果 VEGF及受体Flkl,bFGF及受体FGFRI与MVD均呈正相关(r=0.516,0.623,0.573,0.474,P均＜0.05);TNF-α及TNFR1与MVD呈负相关(r=-0.552,-0.673,P均＜0.05).结论 VEGF及受体Flkl,bFGF及受体FGFR1,TNF-α及其受体TNFR1与MVD存在相关性,均参与了子宫内膜血管生成的调节.

Relationship between VEGF and MVD in anovulatory dysfunctional bleeding

Objective To discuss the relationship between VEGF and MVD in anovulatory dysfunctional bleeding.Methods From Jan 2011 to Jan 2012,32 cases with anovulatory dysfunctional bleeding were selected as study group,30 healthy cases as control group.VEGF,bFGF,TNF-α and receptor Flkl,FGFR1,TNFR1,and MVD of two groups were tested.Results VEGF and Flkl,bFGF and FGFR1,showed positive correlations with MVD(r=0.516,0.623,0.573,0.474,P<0.05).TNF-α and TNFR1 showed negative correlations with MVD(r=-0.552,-0.673,P<0.05).Conclusion VEGF and Flkl,bFGF and GFR1,TNF-α and TNFR1 all related to MVD,regulate endometrial angiogenesis.
