沙参麦冬汤合桑菊饮对晚期非小细胞肺癌同步放化疗所致不良反应的影响

目的：探讨沙参麦冬汤合桑菊饮对晚期非小细胞肺癌（NSCLC）同步放化疗所致不良反应的影响。方法：将72例晚期NSCLC患者随机分成对照组（n＝36）和观察组（n＝36），对照组采用单纯同步放化疗治疗，观察组联合给予沙参麦冬汤合桑菊饮治疗，观察记录两组 NSCLC 患者的不良反应。结果：两组患者在胃肠道反应和白细胞减少方面比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05），而在肝功能损害（谷丙转氨酶升高）方面差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：沙参麦冬汤合桑菊饮可明显减少或减轻晚期NSCLC同步放化疗患者的不良反应，提高患者对放化疗的耐受性。

An influence of Shashen Maidong decoction plus Sangju Yin on side effects resulting from advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemo and radio therapy

Objective： To observe the influence of adverse reactions results from treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer chemo radiotherapy with Shashen Maidong decoction plus Sangju Yin. Methods：72 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 36 cases for each. The control was given concurrent chemotherapy and radiotherapy, while the observation was given Shashen Maidong decoction plus Sangju Yin. Results： The difference of gastrointestinal reactions and neutropenia between two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）, in the contrary the difference of liver dysfunction between two groups has no statistically significant （P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Shashen Maidong decoction plus Sangju Yin can reduce adverse reactions resulting from NSCLC chemo and radio therapy, improve resistance of chemotherapy.
