滋阴清热法治疗阴虚血热型月经不调74例临床分析

目的：分析滋阴清热法治疗阴虚血热型月经不调74例临床效果。方法：纳入研究的病例为我院2010年-2012年收治的阴虚血热性月经不调患者74例，以随机标准将全部患者分成对照组和观察组，对照组采用十四味羚牛角丸口服治疗，观察组则采用滋阴清热汤剂治疗，对两组的治疗效果进行对比，观察用药不良反应。结果：观察组痊愈19例，无效1例，总的治疗有效率为96.9%；对照组痊愈8例，无效5例，总的治疗有效率为84.4%；两组患者在治疗过程中均未出现严重的不良反应。结论：在阴虚血热型月经不调的治疗中采用滋阴清热法能获得较好的治疗效果，同时不会产生较大的副作用，临床应用价值高。

A clinical analysis of treating74 cases of irregular menstruation by Ziyin Qingre therapy

Objective： To analyze the clinical efficacy of Ziyin Qingre therapy on treating irregular menstruation. Methods： 74 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given Shisiwei Lingniujiao Wan, the observation group was given Ziyin Qingre decoction. Results： In the observation group, 19 cases were cured, 1 for invalid, the total efficiency was 96.9%; in the control group, 8 cases were cured, 5 for invalid, the total efficiency was 84.4%; all patients in both groups have no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion： The Ziyin Qingre therapy has good effects and less adverse reactions, is worthy of application.
