循证医学在中医药科研及临床运用中的方法学评析

分析了中医药科研与临床运用中采用循证医学方法的迫切性与重要意义，并针对目前中医药科研和临床实践中运用循证医学方法时遇到的问题与挑战进行了评析，指出了这些困境出现的主要原因在于没有充分考虑中医学的学术特点。并进一步阐明只有对中医学的实践经验与文化理论部分进行清楚的划分研究，将循证医学的思想和方法运用于事实经验的部分以挖掘其背后的科学证据才是最适合中医药临床及科研发展的探索之路。

Clinical application ofEBM inTCM research

This paper analyzes the urgency and importance of evidence-based medicine in TCM, and the problems and challenges for EBM approach currently in medical research and clinical practice encountered in assessment; pointed out the main reason that these difficulties arise not fully considered the characteristics of academic medicine. And further clarifies that only practical experience of the medical part of culture and theory study clearly were divided. The ideas and methods of evidence-based medicine for the experience of mining scientific evidence are best pharmaceutical research and developing path of exploration.
