解郁通络汤治疗中风后抑郁症疗效观察

目的：研究自制解郁通络汤治疗中风后抑郁症（PSD）的临床疗效。方法：将我院近年收治的PSD患者90例根据治疗方法分为常规组42例和中医组48例，在抗凝、营养支持、降血糖等对症治疗基础上，常规组口服盐酸阿米替林，中医组给予解郁通络汤，比较两组NIHSS评分、HAMD评分及不良反应情况。结果：两组治疗前主要指标无统计学差异，治疗8周后，中医组NIHSS评分、HAMD评分较常规组明显下降，Barthel评分明显上升（P〈0.05），且中医组不良反应发生率为0，显著低于常规组的47.6%（P〈0.01）。结论：解郁通络汤能够有效减轻 PSD 患者神经功能缺损和抑郁情况，提高患者生活自理能力，无明显不良反应。

Clinical observation on treatingPSD with Jieyu Tongluo decoction

Objective： To study clinical efficacy of Jieyu Tongluo decoction for post stroke depression （PSD）. Methods： 90 PSD patients were randomly divided into 42 patients of conventional group, and 48 in TCM group; the anticoagulant, nutritional support, blood sugar and other symptomatic treatment were basic treatment, conventional group was given oral amitriptyline hydrochloride, TCM group was given Jieyu Tongluo decoction, two groups were compared in NIHSS score, HAMD score and adverse reactions. Results： Two groups before treatment showed no significant difference, in 8 weeks the Board NIHSS score, HAMD score decreased significantly compared with the conventional group, Barthel score increased significantly （P〈0.05）, and the incidence of adverse reactions in TCM group was 0, significantly lower than 47.6% （P〈0.01） in the conventional group. Conclusion： Jieyu Tongluo decoction for PSD can effectively reduce neurologic impairment and depression cases, improve patient self-care ability, has no significant adverse reactions.
