消导膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症40例疗效观察

目的：观察消导膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症的临床疗效。方法：将80例小儿厌食症患儿按就诊先后顺序随机分为治疗组40例与对照组40例，治疗组予消导膏穴位贴敷，对照组予醒脾养儿颗粒口服，10d为1疗程。1个疗程后观察患儿食欲、食量的变化。结果：1个疗程后治疗组总有效率95.0%，高于对照组75.0%，差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论：消导膏穴位贴敷治疗小儿厌食症有良好疗效，患儿依从性高，值得临床推广。

Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of infantile anorexia with Xiaodao Gao

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Xiaodao Gao on treating infantile anorexia. Methods：80 patients were divided into the treatment given Xiaodao Gao and the control received Xingpi Yanger granule, children appetite and intakeing in two groups were observed after 1 course treatment. Results：The total efficacy in the treatment was 95.0%, higher than 75.0%in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Effects in the treatment were better. Conclusion： Xiaodao Gao achieved good effects with easy compliance and was worthy of promotion.
