宫腹腔镜联合诊治不孕症的临床研究

目的：探讨宫腔镜＋腹腔镜诊治不孕症的临床价值。方法：回顾性分析本院2006年1月～2010年1月采用宫腔镜＋腹腔镜联合诊治的115例不孕症患者的临床资料。结果：115例患者全部经宫腔镜腹腔镜检查结合病理诊断,其中盆腔粘连47例（40.87%）,盆腔子宫内膜异位症35例（30.46%）,多囊卵巢综合征19例（16.52%）,子宫内膜息肉5例（4.35%）,子宫腔轻度粘连5例（4.35%）,输卵管发育不良4例（3.48%）。术后随访宫内妊娠63例（54.78%）。结论：宫腔镜＋腹腔镜诊治不孕症创伤小,疗效确切,具有很高的临床应用价值。

Clinic research of hysteroscopy and laparoscopy diagnosis and treatment of infertility

Objective：To Investigate clinical value of hysteroscopy and laparoscopic in diagnosis and treatment of infertility.Methods：To analyze clinical data of 115 infertility patient diagnosis and treated by hysteroscopy and laparoscopic from January 2010 to January 2006.Results：115 patients were diagnosis by hysteroscopy and laparoscopy combined with pathologically.Pelvic adhesions in 47 cases（40.87%）,pelvic endometriosis in 35 cases（30.46%）,polycystic ovary syndrome in 19 cases（16.52%）,endometrial polyps in 5 cases（4.35%）,uterine cavity light degree of adhesion in 5 cases（4.35%）,tubal dysplasia in 4 cases（3.48%）.Intrauterine pregnancy were followed up for 63 cases（54.78%）.Conclusion：Hysteroscopy and laparoscopy diagnosis and treatment of infertility,barrenness is small,the curative effect is definite,and it has very high clinical practice value.
