| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨子宫动脉栓塞治疗在妇产科出血性疾病中的疗效及临床意义。方法：本组32例妇产科大出血的患者,包括宫颈癌15例,产后出血9例,侵袭性葡萄胎8例,所有患者行双侧子宫动脉造影,并用明胶海绵颗粒或明胶海绵条进行栓塞治疗。结果：32例患者双侧子宫动脉超选择插管成功,出血立即停止或明显减少,观察2周内无再出血发生,无严重并发症。结论：子宫动脉栓塞止血迅速,并发症少,且能保留子宫及生育功能,是妇产科大出血疾病可靠的治疗方法。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the value of uterine artery embolization for treating obstetrics hemorrhage.Methods：32 obstetrics patients were undergone uterine artery arteriography and embolization,in which there were 15 csaes suffered from uterine cervix cancer,9 cases of postpartum hemorrhage,8 cases of invasive mole.Results：Ultraselective intubate and embolotherapy were successfully undergone,and hemorrhage stopped immediately or reduced obviously without re haemorrhage and severial complication in 2 weeks after interventional operation.Conclusion：The uterine artery embolization is safe,effective in treating or preventing obstetrics hemorrhagic disease,whicn could retain uterus and procreation function. |
