| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨急性脑梗死与血浆同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）及血清胆红素水平的相关性。方法：检测102例急性脑梗死患者和50例健康对照组血浆Hcy及血清胆红素水平。结果：急性脑梗死组血浆Hcy高于对照组（P〈0.01）,急性脑梗死组血清总胆红素（TBIL）、直接胆红素（DBIL）低于对照组（P〈0.01）,间接胆红素（IBIL）低于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：高Hcy血症、血清胆红素水平偏低与急性脑梗死的发病存在相关性。

| Abstract: | Objective：To investigate the acute cerebral infarction and plasma homocysteine（Hcy） and serum bilirubin level of correlation.Methods：102 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients and 50 healthy controls and serum bilirubin levels of plasma Hcy.Results：Plasma Hcy higher in acute cerebral infarction（P0.01）,total serum bilirubin in acute cerebral infarction（TBIL）,direct bilirubin（DBIL） lower than the control group（P0.01）,indirect bile Red pigment（IBIL） lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusions：High Hcy hypertriglyceridemia,low serum bilirubin level in acute cerebral infarction and correlation. |
