左旋甲状腺素对亚临床、临床甲状腺功能减退症患者疗效及血脂水平的影响

目的：探讨左旋甲状腺素对亚临床甲状腺功能减退症、临床甲状腺功能减退症患者疗效及血脂水平的影响。方法：选择2006年7月～2010年6月在本科就诊的亚临床甲减、临床甲减患者136例,按其就诊先后顺序随机分为观察组和对照组各68例,两组患者均予以常规方法治疗高血压、糖尿病、冠心病。治疗组予以左旋甲状腺素25μg/d治疗,并根据临床症状和实验室检查结果剂量逐渐增大待TSH恢复正常后,改维持剂量,最大剂量150μg/d。对照组予以中成药六味地黄丸8粒,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗6个月。结果：观察组临床症状显著改善率为91.18%,对照组临床症状改善率为47.06%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;观察组与对照组在血脂各项指标比较TC、TG、ApoB显著降低（P〈0.01或P〈0.05）。结论：左旋甲状腺素可以使亚临床甲减症和临床甲减症患者临床症状改善,降低血脂。

L-thyroxine on the sub-clinical and clinical efficacy in patients with hypothyroidism and blood lipid levels

Objective：To study on subclinical hypothyroidism Levothyroxine,clinical efficacy in patients with hypothyroidism and blood lipid levels.Methods：From July 2006 to June 2010 in our department treatment of subclinical hypothyroidism,clinical hypothyroidism,136 patients,according to their order randomly divided into treatment group and control group 68 patients,two groups were routine treated of hypertension,diabetes,coronary heart disease.Levothyroxine treatment group received 25 μg/d treatment,and the basis of clinical symptoms and laboratory test results to be gradually increasing doses of TSH returned to normal,changed the maintenance dose,maximum dose of 150 μg/d.Control group were given medicine Liuweidihuangwan 8 particles,3 times/d.Two groups were treated continuously for 6 months.Results：The clinical symptoms observed significant improvement in rate of 91.18% in the control group was 47.06% improvement of clinical symptoms,two groups were statistically significant difference（P〈0.01）;observation group and control group comparison of the indicators in the blood TC,TG,ApoB decreased significantly（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Levothyroxine disease and subclinical hypothyroidism in patients with clinical symptoms of clinical hypothyroidism improved,lowering blood lipids.
