摘    要:目的:建立三拗片中甘草苷和甘草酸的测定方法,以控制制剂的质量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定三拗片中甘草苷和甘草酸的含量。色谱柱为Promosil C18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);以乙腈-0.05%磷酸为流动相,流速为1.0ml/min,检测波长为237nm,柱温为25℃,梯度洗脱,采用外标法定量。结果:甘草苷进样量线性范围为0.505~5.050μg,r=0.9990,平均回收率为97.8%,RSD为1.1%(n=9);甘草酸进样量线性范围为0.573~5.730μg,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为0.8%(n=9)。结论:该方法方法简便、可靠、快速、重现性好,可用于三拗片中甘草酸和甘草苷的含量测定。

Determination of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid in San'ao tablets by RPHPLC

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in San'ao tablets. Methods: The content of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid was detected by RP-HPLC. The operating conditions were Promosil C18 (4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm) column, The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.05% phosphoric acid. The detection wavelength was at 237 nm, the flow rate was 1,0 ml/min, the column temperature was 25℃, external standard method was employed. Results: The linear ranges of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid were obtained 0.505-5.050 μg, r= 0.999 0; 0.573-5.730 μg, r=0.999 9. The average recoveries (n=9) were 98.9% (RSD=0.8%), and 97.8% (RSD=1.1%) respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple, convenient, rapid and reliable with good reproducibilty, which is appropriate to the determination accurate and reliable. Which can be used for the content determination of glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin in San'ao tablets
