不同程度冠状动脉病变对心率变异的影响

目的研究冠心病患者冠状动脉不同病变程度与心率变异（HRV）的关系。方法根据冠状动脉造影（CAG）结果，将87例冠心病患者分为冠脉正常组和冠脉病变组，冠脉病变组又根据不同病变支数、不同狭窄程度及不同病变部位进行分组，所有患者均行动态心电图监测，对获得的HRV各项指标进行统计学分析和比较。结果冠脉病变组HRV各项指标均低于冠脉正常组，冠脉病变支数愈多，狭窄越严重，HRV各指标降低越明显（P〈0.05或〈0．01），而左冠脉病变者HRV各指标略低于右冠脉病变者（P〉0．05）。结论冠心病患者HRV下降，且冠脉病变程度越严重HRV改变越明显，HRV可作为预测冠心病严重程度和预后的指标。

Relationship between coronary lesion and heart rate variability

Objective To study relationship between different coronary lesion and heart rate variability(HRV)in coronary heart disease(CHD)patients.Methods According to the result of coronary angiographyc(CAG),87 patients were divided into coronary lesion and normal groups,The coronary lesion groups were divided according to the different vessel disease,the different narrowing disease and position disease.All subjects were performed 24-hour ambulatory electrocardiogram(AECG).Then all of the data of HRV which accepted from AECG were analyzed and compared.Results Compared with the normal groups,the values of HRV significantly reduced in CHD patients.There were statistical difference in different vessel disease groups and narrowing disease groups.Conclusion HRV decreases in CHD patients and it is sensitive variables of predicting severity of lesion in CHD patients.
