| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞周期素D1过度表达与非小细胞肺癌预后的关系。方法检索PubMed以及CNKI中文数据库中研究细胞周期素D1表达与非小细胞肺癌预后关系的文献．根据欧洲肺癌工作组提供的专门的评分标准对纳入的文献进行质量评估，收集每个文献的相对危险比及95％可信区间。应用Meta分析Dersimonian—Laird模型对文献进行定量综合分析。结果共人选12篇文献．累计病例1987例．细胞周期素D1阳性982例．阳性率49％。对人选12篇文献进行一致性检验，Q值为31．35．P〈0．005．文献具有异质性，合并相对危险比为0．96，95％可信区间为0．82～1．10，P=0．308。结论细胞周期素D1的过度表达与非小细胞肺癌的预后无关。
