超声造影评价高强度聚焦超声联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞治疗胰腺癌的疗效

目的超声造影评价高强度聚焦超声（HIFU）联合细胞因子诱导的杀伤细胞（CIK）疗法治疗胰腺癌的临床疗效。方法36例胰腺癌患者分成两组，接受单纯HIFU治疗（HIFU组）18例，给予CIK与HIFU联合治疗（联合组）18例。以生存期为观察指标，采用随机对照，评价HIFU组与联合组的疗效和生存期差异。结果联合组的生活质量、肿瘤血供、腹腔转移率、1年生存率、免疫学指标均好于单纯HIFU组（P〈0．05）。结论超声造影可以作为HIFU治疗胰腺癌疗效判断的指标；HIFU联合CIK细胞疗法较单纯HIFU有可能提高胰腺癌患者的疗效和远期生存率。

Evaluation of high intensity focused ultrasound combined with cytokine induced killer cells in treatment of pancreatic cancer by contrast-enhanced ultrasound

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of high intensity focused ultrasound （ HIFU ） combined with cytokine induced killer cells （CIK） in treatment of pancreatic cancer by contrast - enhanced ultrasound. Methods Thirty - six patients with pancreatic cancer were divided into two groups, 18 patients were treated by HIFU, and 18 patients were treated by HIFU combined with CIK. Then the curative effect and life span in HIFU group and combination group were compared and evaluated. Results The quality of life, tmnor blood supply, metastasis rate of abdominal cavity, 12-month survival rate and immunology index in combination group were better than those in HIFU group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Contrast - enhanced ultrasound can be an effective method to evaluate the curative effect of HIFU on pancreatic cancer, while HIFU combined with CIK can improve the curative effect and quality of life in patients with pancreatic cancer.
