老年急性脑血管病合并多器官功能衰竭血浆中ET和CGRP变化的意义

目的检测老年急性脑血管病(CVD)并发多器官功能衰竭(MOF)患者血浆ET-1、CGRP的水平,探讨其在疾病发生和治疗中的作用。方法采用放免分析法检测脑出血(CH)、脑梗死(CI)、MOF和对照组血浆中ET-1、CGRP水平。结果MOF组血浆中ET-1(89.73±21.42pg/ml)和CGRP(63.71±18.79pg/ml)显著高于非MOF CVD组和正常对照组,P<0.01。MOF在CH组占93%,在CI组占50.94%,P<0.05。在不同的防治时间与疾病预后的研究中发现,早期防治组发生MOF以25%低于非早期防治组MOF的91%,且预后好,P<0.05。结论(1)ET-1增高可能在引起MOF中起一定作用。(2)对ET-1和CGRP增高者应早期采取有效的防治措施方可降低MOF的发生率。

The changes of level of plasma ET-1 and CGRP in acute cerebrovascular disease accompanied by multiple organ failure in elderly

Objective To investigate the role of ET-1 and CGRP in etiology and treatment in acute cerebrovascular disease(CVD) accompanized by multiple organ failure(MOF).Methods Levels of plasma ET-1 and CGRP in cerebral hemorrhage(CH),cerebral infarction(CI) and MOF and control group were detected by radio-immunoassay.Results Levels of plasma ET-1 and CGRP in MOF group were significantly higher than that in CVD group without MOF and normal group(P<0.01).MOF occurred in 93% in CH group,while MOF happened in 50.94% in CI group(P<0.05).Conclusions (1)Increment of ET-1 in plasma level may play a role in the etiology of MOF.(2)Early treatment should be considered for the patients with high ET-1 and CGRP level to prevent MOF occurrance subsequently.
