输尿管镜钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石196例报告

目的探讨输尿管镜钬激碎石术治疗输尿管结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析2（106年7月至2009年8月196例输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石患者的临床资料，对碎石率、排石率和并发症进行统计分析。结果手术时间（56．2±18．1）min；单次手术结石粉碎率94．4％（185／1％），术后平均住院时间（5．4±3．2）d。术后发热33例次；所有患者均有轻度血尿，3～4d可消失；随访1～3个月，结石排净率为97．8％（181／185），4例未排净结石者行体外冲击波碎石后治愈；4例改开放取石术，7例结石上移入肾盂，留置双J管，后行外冲击波碎石后治愈。结论钬激光碎石术是治疗输尿管结石的一种安全、高效、微创的碎石方法，并发症少。

Treatment of ureteral calculi with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscopy for 196 cases

Objective To explore the chnical effect of ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy for treatment of ureteral calculus. Methods The clinical data of 196 patients with ureteral calculi were treated by ureteroseopic holmium laser lithotripsy during July 2006 to August 2009 were analyzed retrospectively. Galet rate, lithagogue rate and complication were statistical analysed, Results The operation time was （56.2 ± 18. 1 ） min. The overall stone-free rate was 94.4% （185/196）, and the average stay was （5.4 ± 3.2） d. Urinry tract infection after operation was seen in 33 patients,some mild haematuria occurred in all patients, and disapeared 3 to 4 days. the postoperative follow up of 1 to 3 months revealed that the stone -free rate was 97.8% （181/185）, the last 4 cases were cured by ESWL. Conclusion ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy is highly effective, minimally invasive, safe and less complication for treatment of ureteral calculus.
