儿童精神分裂症患者亲属负性情绪的心理干预研究

目的：探讨综合性心理干预对精神分裂症患儿亲属负性情绪的效果。方法：采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对45名儿童精神分裂症患者的90位亲属进行心理状况调查，并进行为期4周的综合性心理干预，之后将心理干预前后对比。结果：SCL-90总分：焦虑、抑郁、偏执、恐怖、精神病性因子分与国内常模比较有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01），综合心理干预后SCL-90总分及各因子分较干预前有显著性差异（P〈0．05，P〈0．01）。结论：儿童精神分裂症患儿亲属存在明显的心理问题，对其进行综合性心理干预能有效的提高他们的心理健康水平。

A study on mental intervention to negative emotion with kinsfolk of childhood schizophrenia

Objective:To explore the effect on mental intervention to negative emotion with kinsfolk of childhood schizophrenia. Methods:SCL scale and mental intervention of four weeks were used for 45 childhood schizophrenia and 90 kinsfolks.The results of before and after mental intervention were compared.Results: The total scores,anxiety,depression,adherence and psychinosis of SCL scale have a significant difference with internal norm(P<0.05,P<0.01).Conclusions: The kinsfolk of childhood schizophrenia have conspicuous psychodysfunction,Comprehensive mental intervention can improve their level of mental health.
