| 摘 要： | 目的：观察奥沙利铂联合氟尿嘧啶-甲酰四氢叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法：经病理或细胞学证实的Ⅲ期和Ⅳ期大肠癌患者21例，静滴奥沙利铂135mg／m^2(D1)，静滴甲酰四氢叶酸钙(CF)200mg／m^2(D1～5)，5-FU 300mg／m^2(D1～5)。结果：21例患者中PR7例，SD8例，PD6例，总效率为33．3％，主要的不良反应为消化道症状和感觉神经毒性，绝大多数患者耐受良好。结论：奥沙利铂联合联合氟尿嘧啶-甲酰四氢叶酸钙治疗晚期大肠癌疗效确切，患者耐受良好．值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective: To observe the side effect and effect in patients of advanced colorectal cancer receiving chemotherapy with Oxaliplatin and 5 - fluorouracil - CF. Methods: The 21 patients of advanced colorectal cancer were verified by cytology or pathology. Oxaplatin 135mg/m2,D1, CF 200mg/m2D1-5, 5 - fluorouracil 300mg/m2D1-5 were injected intravenously. Results: The cases of CR, PR and SD in 21 patients were 0, 7 and 8. The general response rate was 33.3 % . The main side effect was vomiting and neuropathy. Almost all the patients could tolerate the side effect. Conclusion: The effect of chemother-apy with Oxaliplatin and 5 - fluorouracil - CF to the patients of advanced colorectal cancer was certain, the patients could tolerate the therapy, this regime was worthwhile to be extended. |
