| 摘 要： | 目的：研究视屏作业的精神卫生状况。方法：运用90项症状自评量表（SCL－90）对58例视屏终端作业人员和36名对照进行调查。结果：调查发现,接触组的从业人员的人际关系、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性等因子均与对照组有显著性差异,同时也高于正常成人组。结论：SCL－90可以应用于视屏作业人员的心理学研究和早期检测指标的职业流行病学的调查。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the mental health sate of VDT operators Methods 58 VDT operators and 36 controls were investigated by using the Symptom Distress Checklist-90(SCL-90).Results The results showed that the scores of the exposed group were significantly different from those of the controls in terms of personal relationship,depression,impatience,hostility,terror,obstinancy and psychosis.It was also showed that the scores of the exposed group were much higher than those of the normal adult group.Conclusion This study demonstrated that the SCL-90 might be applied to the psychological study and occupational epidemiology for the indices of the early detection of VDT operators.; |
