| 摘 要： | 提高七年制医学生硕士阶段临床实习病历书写质量，不仅关系到教学质量，还关系到医疗安全。本文作者结合多年的带教实践，对七年制医学生骨科病历书写的指导方法进行了一些尝试，提出首先要强化病历质量重要性的教育，其次要培养围绕“住院目的”为主线的逻辑思维模式。指导病历书写是利于师生共同提高的教学相长过程。 |

| Abstract: | To improve orthopaedics medical record writing quality of seven - year medical students during their clinical practice stage not only relates to the quality of education, but also relates to the medical security. According to the author＇ s years of teaching practice and some experiments on guiding students in writing orthopaedics medical record, the author summarizes two key points which are firstly the perception on importance of the medical record should be strengthened, and also secondly the logical thinking pracess streamlined by admission purpose should be fostered. In addition, the author believes that the process of guiding students writing medical record help both the students and teachers enhance knowledge together. |
