咽旁间隙肿瘤(33例临床分析)

目的提高对临床少见的咽旁间隙肿瘤的诊断与治疗水平。方法对收治的33例咽旁间隙肿瘤的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果良性肿瘤29例,除1例神经胶质瘤患儿出院随访外,均治愈。恶性肿瘤4例,1例放弃治疗,2个月后死亡。2例恶性多形性腺瘤,治愈。1例恶性非嗜铬性副神经节瘤患者目前带瘤生存,身体状况良好。术后并发口角偏斜3例,腮腺瘘1例,周围性面瘫1例,声嘶1例,Homer氏综合征1例,张口受限2例。结论咽旁间隙肿瘤中,以多形性腺瘤最多,其次为神经鞘瘤。CT,MRI能清楚显示肿块的大小,形态,位置及与周围重要结构关系。颈侧切开为其主要手术径路。

Parapharyngeal Space Neoplasms (Clinical Analysis of 33 Cases)

Purpose To explore the diagnose and management of parapharyngeal space(PPS) neoplasms. Methods Records of 33 patients with PPS neoplasms operated from 1993 to 2003 were reviewed. Results The majority of PPS tumors were resected by a transcervical approach. No case with serious complication has occurred. Conclusions Pleomorphic adenomas were the most common neoplasms in the primary parapharyngeal space neoplasms. High- resolution computed tomography or magnetic resonance imaging was essential for diagnosis and presurgical planning. The transcervical approach was the preferred procedure for PPS tumours.
