脑缺血后神经血管保护机制和损伤机制研究进展

摘    要:
脑梗死是致死性疾病之一,发病率高,严重危害人类健康。尽管各方面的研究不断深入,但是目前仍然缺乏有效的神经保护药物,脑梗死的治疗依然是一个非常棘手的问题。本文从内源性保护机制、谷氨酸受体的双向作用、非谷氨酸依赖的钙失衡损伤机制进行综述,进一步阐释脑缺血后神经血管的保护机制和损伤机制,以求突破神经保护研究的传统框架,寻找神经血管保护治疗的新理念和新思路。

Abstract:
With a high incidence rate, cerebral infarction is one of the most devastating diseases worldwide. Although progress has been made to protect the brain from ischemic cell death, still there is few therapeutic option for neuroprotection. The treatment for ischemic stroke remains a vexing public health problem. Here we describe the mechanisms of endogenous neurovascular protection, beneficial and destructive roles of glutamate receptors and glutamate-independent calcium dysregulation. Learning how the brain triggers and implements these protective and destructive measures may advance our quest to treat stroke.
