| 摘 要： | 对２３例胎粪吸入性肺炎的新生儿行气管插管冲洗术,术中与医生密切配合,抓住插管、冲洗、监护等主要环节,注意每一个细节。术后症状明显缓解,无１例发生气压伤、肺水肿等并发症。

| Abstract: | Twenty three cases of newborn Meconium Aspiration Syndrome ( MAS) dealed with endotrachealintubating and irrigating. During the process nurse had cooperated with pediatricians closely, caught the main segments ofendotracheal intubating and irrigating and monitor, took attention to every datails. After that , the symptoms had improvedevidently and no complication of barotraume and. pulmonary edema had happened. |
