腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠临床分析

目的探讨电视腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的可能性、安全性及治疗效果。方法对2004年4月～2007年12月收治的48例异位妊娠病例的临床资料进行回顾性分析。按手术方式分为开腹手术组和腹腔镜组，比较两组病例术中出血、住院时间、抗生素应用情况并进行统计学分析。结果腹腔镜组术中出血少、住院时间及抗生素应用天数与开腹组比较差异有显著性（P〈0．05）。结论异位妊娠腹腔镜手术具有安全、微创的特点，值得临床推广。

Clinical Analysis of Ectopic Pregnancy Treated with Laparoscopic Operation

Objective To investigate the feasibility, safety and therapeutic effect of laparoscopic operation for women with ectopic pregnancy. Methods The clinical data of women diagnosed as ectopic pregnancy in our hospital over a period from April 2004 to December 2007. These women were divided into open operation group and laparoscopic operation group. The stay in hospital and days of using antibaotic,blood loss during operation of the women in the groups were compared. Results The laparoscopic operation had advantages of less blood lose during operation and shorter stay in hospital. There were difference between the two group. Conclusion Laparoscopic operation for treatment of ectopic pregnancy is a safe and micro-traumatic method,it is worthy to popularize in clinic.
