胰岛素-胰高糖素对[~3H]-TdR掺入大鼠肝细胞DNA的协同作用

摘    要:
本文实验采用大鼠原代肝细胞培养方法,观察胰岛素、胰高糖素对[~3H]-胸腺嘧啶掺入DNA的影响。结果发现,二者均能使[~3H]-胸腺嘧啶的掺入量明显增加,但胰高糖素的效应较胰岛素强。两者合用时的效应远远大于其分别作用的效应之和。提示胰岛素与胰高糖素合用对肝细胞DNA合成具有协同促进作用。

Abstract:
The effect of insulin and glueagon on [~3H]-thymidine incorporation into DNA of primary cultured hepatocytes of the rats were investigated. Both insulin and glucagon increased [~3H]-thymidine incorporation, but the effect of glucagon was more potent than that of insulin. The induced effect on the incorporation, when two hormones combined, was much greater than the sum of those of both single additions on the incorporation. It is suggested that insulin and glucagon have synergistic effect in promotion of hepatocyte DNA synthesis.
