14862例婚检和孕检女性血液传染病及TORCH感染指标检测结果分析

目的分析14 862例接受婚检或孕检女性血液传染病及TORCH感染指标检测结果。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法检测乙型肝炎表面抗原(HBsAg)、抗梅毒抗体(抗-TP)、抗人类免疫缺陷病毒抗体(抗-HIV)及抗巨细胞病毒(CMV)、弓形虫(TOX)、风疹病毒(RV)、Ⅱ型单纯疱疹病毒(HSVⅡ)IgM抗体。结果 14 862例女性中,HBsAg、抗-TP、抗-HIV、CMV-IgM、TOX-IgM、RV-IgM、HSVⅡ-IgM阳性率分别为8.83%、0.43%、0.01%、2.81%、1.70%、1.32%、1.96%。结论于婚前或孕前进行上述指标检测具有重要意义,可有效提高优生率;应加强宣传教育工作,提高群众接受婚前或孕前检查的积极性。

Analysis of blood-borne diseases and TORCH infection in 14 862 women

Objective To analyze the status of blood-borne diseases and TORCH infection in 14 862 cases of women receiving premarital medical examination or pre-pregnancy physical examination.Methods Hepatitis B surface antigen（HBsAg）,anti-treponema antibody（TP-Ab）,anti-human immunodeficiency virus antibody（HIV-Ab） and IgM type anti-cytomegalovirus antibody（CMV-IgM）,anti-Toxoplasma gondii antibody（TOX-IgM）,anti-rubella virus antibody（RV-IgM） and anti-herpes simplex virus Ⅱ antibody（HSVⅡ-IgM） were detected by using enzyme linked immunosorbent assay.Results Among all 14 862 subjects,the positive rates of HBsAg,TP-Ab,HIV-Ab,CMV-IgM,TOX-IgM,RV-IgM amd HSVⅡ-IgM were 8.83%,0.43%,0.01%,2.81%,1.70%,1.32% and 1.96%.Conclusion Premarital medical examination and pre-pregnancy physical examination might be with great significance for improving eugenic rate.Propaganda and education should be strengthened to improve people′s awareness of premarital medical examination and pre-pregnancy physical examination.
