综合护理干预对甲状腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛的影响

目的:探讨综合护理干预对甲状腺肿瘤患者术后疼痛的影响。方法:选择2009年4月～2012年2月我院收治的64例甲状腺肿瘤患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组术后采用常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,比较两组患者视觉模拟评分(VAS)和住院时间。结果:所有患者均顺利康复,观察组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01),住院时间短于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:综合护理模式应用于甲状腺肿瘤术后患者的疼痛护理,能有效缓解疼痛,促进患者早日康复,值得临床推广应用。

Influence of comprehensive nursing intervention on thyroid cancer patients of postoperative pain

Objective ：To discuss the influence of comprehensive nursing intervention in thyroid tumor patients with postoperative pain. Methods：Chose 64 patients with thyroid cancer patients with postoperative as the research object ,from Apir 2009 to February 2012 they were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases in each group. Routine nursing was performed after surgery in the control group ,the observation group were given com- prehensive nursing care, compared two groups of patients with visual analogue scale （VAS） and hospitalization time. Results ： All patients were recover smoothly, the observation group VAS score significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0. 01 ） ,the observation group hospitalization time was shorter than control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion ： Comprehensive nursing mode applied in thyroid cancer patients with postoperative pain nursing, can effectively alleviate pain, promote rehabilitation, it is worthy of clinical application.
