| 摘 要： | 目的分析本院2010、2011年临床分离革兰阴性杆菌耐药性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用K-B法进行革兰阴性杆菌药敏试验检测,采用WHONET5.4软件进行数据统计分析。结果 2011年分离革兰阴性菌1 325株,其中大肠埃希菌318株、铜绿假单胞菌266株、鲍曼不动杆菌237株、肺炎克雷伯菌217株,对抗菌药物的敏感率较2010年有所下降。结论革兰阴性杆菌对多种抗菌药物的耐药性明显上升,应加强病原菌耐药性监测,为临床合理用药提供依据。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the drug resistance of Gram-negative bacilli isolated from our hospital in 2010 and 2011 and provide scientific evidence for reasonable usage of antibiotics.Methods Drug sensitivity test was performed by using K-B method and all data were analyzed by using WHONET5.4 software.Results Among 1 325 strains of Gram-negative bacilli,the top four of the isolating rate were Escherichia coli（n=318）,Pseudomonas aeruginosa（n=266）,Acinetobacter baumannii（n=237） and Klebsiellar pneumonia（n=217）,with lower drug sensitivity compared with 2010.Conclusion Drug resistance status of Gram-negative bacilli could be very serious.More attention should be paid to the detection of pathogens and drug resistance in hospital to prevent the outbreak. |
