诺维本联合顺铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的观察诺维本(NVB)联合顺铂(DDP)治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)的疗效及不良反应。方法选择晚期NSCLC患者30例,应用NVB每周30mg/m2、DDP 80mg/(m2.d)进行治疗,第1天静滴,21d为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效。结果 30例患者经治疗后,总有效率为43.3%,不良反应主要为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和贫血;治疗后血清癌胚抗原水平较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 NVB联合DDP治疗晚期NSCLC疗效确切,不良反应小,患者易于耐受,值得推广应用。

Clinical observation of Navelbine combined with cisplatin in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of Navelbine（NVB） combined with cisplatin in the treatment of patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Methods 30 cases of patients with advanced NSCLC were treated with NVB combined with cisplatin.The treatment was repeated every 21 days,and efficacy was evaluated after at least two courses of treatment.Results The total effective rate was 43.3% in the 30 patients with advanced NSCLC.The main toxicity were myelosuppression,alimentary canal reactions and anemia.Serum level of carcino-embryonic antigen after treatment was lower than that before treated（P0.05）.Conclusion NVB combined with cisplatin could be an effective and well tolerated treatment for patients with advanced NSCLC,which might be worthy of clinical application.
