| 摘 要： | 目的探讨胸骨下段小切口在婴儿室间隔缺损外科治疗中应用的效果。方法2006年1月～2007年1月应用胸骨下段小切口对52例婴儿室间隔缺损进行了修补手术（小切口组），术中保留胸骨柄的完整性，常规体外循环心脏停跳下完成室间隔缺损修补术。与同年46例标准胸骨正中切口婴儿室间隔缺损修补术（标准组）作比较。结果全组无死亡。小切口组较标准组心肌阻断时间、体外循环时间和手术时间等差异无显著性，而术后引流量、术后住院时间、术后肺部感染或肺不张及术后鸡胸畸形发生率等差异有显著性。结论胸骨下段小切口创伤小，有美容效果，可明显降低婴儿室间隔缺损术后并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical effect of lower mini-sternotomy for correction of ventricular septal defects in infants. Methods From January 2006 to January 2007,52 infants were operated with lower mini-sternotomy approach for correction of ventricular septal defects.
